We’re building a team of experienced professionals who believe in early intervention, accessible care, and empathetic guidance.

Role Overview:

We are seeking licensed (active or retired) child and adolescent psychologists to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who want to make a meaningful impact on the mental health of youth by offering their expertise through content review, virtual mentorship, or as part of a clinical advisory board.

Key Responsibilities:

     •           Offer insight and feedback on app-based mental health resources for teens and young adults

     •           Participate in periodic case reviews or clinical advisory discussions

     •           Collaborate with content creators to ensure psychological accuracy and sensitivity

     •           (Optional) Contribute to short video tips, FAQs, or blogs within your area of expertise

     •           Help shape the development of new tools, quizzes, and support content in the app

     •           Provide virtual mentorship or consultation (non-clinical) to young users

Qualifications:

     •           Licensed psychologist (PhD, PsyD) specializing in child, adolescent, or young adult mental health

     •           Minimum 5 years’ experience working with youth populations

     •           Strong interest in digital health, early intervention, and accessible care

     •           Comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (tech, content, youth advisors)

     •           Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, teen-friendly approach

     •           Tech-savvy or willing to learn (no coding required)

     •           Foreign language fluency a plus (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, ASL)
